Kathryn Foliaki (BA/LLB from Auckland University 2004) is an experienced legal practitioner whose areas of practice include property, wills, powers of attorney, trusts, estates and small business sale/purchase transactions. Kathryn also advises both corporate and private clients in commercial property work for landlords, tenants, and other property users.
She has previously worked with law firms in the city and in Pukekohe – and being committed to working in the community, has recently spent a year undertaking volunteer work with Community Law South Auckland .
Having lived and worked in South Auckland for over 20 years, Kathryn is passionate about the area and it’s diversity.
