Monika Tracy is our senior registered Legal Executive specialising in residential and commercial property transactions.
Most of her legal executive life she worked in Auckland’s CBD gaining her 16 years’ experience working for Auckland major bank and commercial legal firms.
She is passionate about property law and understands that buying and selling property can be daunting, especially the first time so she tries to make the experience as stress-free as possible for clients and always ensures that our clients feel comfortable throughout the whole transaction process.
Outside of work, Monika enjoys spinning classes, Bikram yoga and catching up on the latest astrophysics’ news.
