Toni Prowse

Toni Prowse graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Waikato University in 1995.  She is a Generalist and has extensive experience in Property, Relationship Property, Estates, Wills and Trusts and Commercial and Rural transactions.

Toni spent 10 years in a successful partnership at McDermott and McIntosh in Huntly, in 2009 she took time out of her legal career to spend time with her young family.

In 2012 Toni returned to the law, teaching the professional legal skills course to beginning lawyers through the College of Law NZ.  She has taught legal skills for the past 6 years.

Apart from teaching, Toni has also worked as a locum/ consultant in the areas of Commercial, Property and has been a trustee on local charitable and school boards.

Toni was recently appointed as an Adjudicator to the Tenancy Tribunal.

Toni is a consultant to the firm and works up to three days a week, dependant on her Tenancy Tribunal work.

Toni really enjoys meeting with clients and helping them solve their legal problems in a practical way.
